- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Datenprodukten auf der Databricks-Plattform
- Design und Umsetzung von ETL/ELT-Pipelines für große Datenmengen
- Erstellung interaktiver Dashboards (z.B. mit Streamlit) auf Posit Connect
- Integration und Operationalisierung von Machine-Learning-Modellen (optional, je nach Projekt und Kompetenzprofil)
- Zusammenarbeit mit Data Scientists, Analyst:innen und Fachbereichen zur Anforderungsanalyse
- Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, -sicherheit und -dokumentation
- Performance-Optimierung von Datenprozessen und -abfragen
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Datenarchitektur und -strategie
Anforderungen
Must-Haves:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Data Engineering, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarer technischer Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung bei Master-Abschluss bzw. mindestens 6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung bei Bachelor-Abschluss, idealerweise im Bereich (Cloud) Data Engineering
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der ETL/ELT-Entwicklung mit Python & PySpark
- Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse inkl. Performance Optimierung
- Erfahrung mit Dashboard Entwicklung (Streamlit, Shiny, PowerBi, Databricks Dashboards)
- Software Engineering Basics (z.B. Unit Testing; Branching etc.)
- Know-how in Spark Performance Optimierung
- Kenntnisse des Delta Live Table Frameworks
- Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Ownership für technische Implementierungen
- Guidance & technische:r Sparring Partner:in für Juniors
Nice-to-have:
- Erfahrung mit Azure Cloud
- CI/CD Erfahrung im Software-/ Data-Engineering Umfeld
- Erfahrung mit Databricks Asset Bundles
- Kenntnisse von Datenmodellen in der Energiewirtschaft (z.B. CGMES / CIM)
- Machine Learning Erfahrung (inkl. Produktivsetzung von ML-Modellen)
- Kenntnisse in Splunk
- Erfahrung im Bereich Data Governance
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit JIRA
- Vertrautheit mit agilem Projekt Management (Scrum/Kanban)

Das Gehalt (zuzüglich einer leistungsorientierten Entlohnung) für Ihren neuen Job richtet sich nach Ihrer konkreten Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt bei Erfüllung obiger Anforderungen beträgt für diese Position Euro 4782,95 brutto im Monat.
