Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du planst, steuerst und bewertest die Qualifikation unserer Produkte und Motor- bzw. Aggregatkomponenten bis zur Serienreife

  • Du begleitest und koordinierst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten-Qualitätsorganisation und Arbeitsvorbereitung unterschiedliche Qualitätsprojekte

  • Du begleitest Ursachen- und Verbesserungsmanagement

  • Du führst statistische Analysen durch und verbesserst proaktiv Prozesse

  • Du begleitest die Serienproduktion in den weiteren Entwicklungsstufen zur Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards

  • Du treibst die Effizienzentwicklung im Team voran

  • Du bist in höherem Maße an weiteren Innovationsprojekten beteiligt

Dein Profil:  

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B., Meister, Lehre o.Ä.) mit Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik oder HTL-Abschluss mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung

  • Fähigkeit in der Analyse Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und die richtigen Schlussfolgerungen abzuleiten

  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

  • Erfahrung in der Messtechnik / Fertigungstechnik / Montagetechnik

  • Hohes Maß an Qualitäts- und Kundenbewusstsein sowie Eigenverantwortung und Eigeninitiative

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
