Account Manager Pet Food EMEA

Join our European Pet Food Team as an Account Manager EMEA In this role, you'll develop strong relationships with existing accounts and new prospects, driving sales of DSM-Firmenich products to pet food manufacturers across Europe. Reporting to the EMEA Regional Sales Director, you'll be part of a dynamic, international team, with travel making up about 50% of your exciting work schedule.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at regional pet food manufacturers, toll manufacturers, and brands.
- Achieve KPIs in line with regional marketing objectives and the global pricing strategy.
- Gain deep knowledge of customers, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional customer teams to implement pet food strategies and drive value creation for pet nutrition clients.

You bring
- Business school or experience in the food industry.
- 5+ years in international B2B sales, ideally in pet food, feed, or food sectors.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth with high energy and strong results orientation.
- Exceptional customer management, negotiation, and ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Strong teamwork in complex environments, with customer focus and consumer insights.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
