Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Event Sales Manager to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You' will responsible for creating and managing bespoke events that reflect our guests' aspirations and our brand's refined luxury.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event clients, providing a highly personalized and intuitive service approach from inquiry through post-event follow-up.
  • Drive event sales by identifying new opportunities in luxury corporate, wedding, social, and lifestyle markets, with a focus on high-end clientele and bespoke experiences.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, conduct property tours, negotiate contracts, and work closely with clients to bring their vision to life.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (culinary, banqueting, rooms, spa) to ensure smooth planning and delivery of each event.
  • Monitor event performance, profitability, and client satisfaction, contributing to the overall revenue and reputation of the hotel.
  • Uphold Rosewood's standards of quality and brand values, ensuring every event is an embodiment of A Sense of Place.

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl has opened in July 2024 and is idyllically situated on the banks of Lake Fuschl, the graceful, historic property is reminiscent of a fairytale castle and has been welcoming illustrious guests for centuries.
