Who You Are You are a seasoned Senior Operations Manager with a wealth of experience in leading and optimizing operations across diverse teams and projects. What You'll Do In the role of Senior Operations Manager, your duties will include:Oversees daily activities across functions, managing department heads.Implements operational policies to promote efficiency and positive culture.Analyzes and improves organizational processes, and works to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.Engages with senior management and stakeholders to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.Implements and maintains quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.Ensures clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.Requirements:Must be a US or Australian citizenMust Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.Must have a minimum of a BA/BS, from an accredited institution, in Business Administration, Management, or related field.Must have a minimum of ten years of significant experience in operations management with proven leadership skills.Must have a minimum of five years of supervisory experience.Must have a deep understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.Must have strong strategic and performance management skills.#SFBelong, Connect and Grow at KBRAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
