Title:Design ManagerShape Australia's Future - Lead Design Delivery Across Water & Defence ProjectsAre you ready to step into role where your design management expertise can make a real impact?We're growing and expanding our reach across major water and defence infrastructure programs-and we're looking for experienced Design Managers to join our Adelaide-based team.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy mentoring others, and want to contribute to meaningful projects that benefit communities across the country, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing:As a Design Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering critical water and defence infrastructure-think wastewater systems, treatment plants, desalination, chemical dosing, hydrogen solutions, and Defence infrastructure.You'll be involved from early concept through to detailed design, bringing together multidisciplinary teams and engaging closely with clients to ensure quality, cost, and schedule are all aligned.
