Interior Designer

We’re looking for a talented and organised Interior Designer to join our team and bring creativity, detail, and design excellence to every project. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of residential custom homes and development projects. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to discuss their home’s external and internal selections, style goals, and overall design vision. Coordinate client appointments with external suppliers and manage communication as needed. Prepare and issue client documentation, including selections and variations, for approval and sign-off. Manage in-studio selections within our new design studio, curating cohesive material palettes and finishes. Read and interpret architectural plans, liaising with building designers to organise required design changes. Develop client presentations, material boxes, and concept boards when external supplier meetings are not required. Complete design selections for internal developments, custom homes, and select commercial or renovation projects. Prepare and provide all necessary design documentation to the Construction Team and maintain clear communication throughout. Maintain and update internal documents, including product specifications and design templates. Manage supplier relationships and oversee the products showcased in the design studio & material library. About You Formal qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational & problem‑solving skills. Confident communicating with clients, suppliers, and team members. Proficient in reading and interpreting plans and construction documentation. Familiarity with Excel, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp/Layout is highly regarded. A collaborative, proactive approach, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces.
