It is our purpose to create stunning, individual, design selections and our custom builders are provided with a unique design service. We provide a range of services such as interior design selections, tile selection services, design support and stone veneer supply and we strive to be known for excellence in customer service, tile selection, quality and unique products. The Role Utilising your creative flair, you will be an integral team member and support to the Building and Architect Consultant. You will deliver exceptional service to both clients and the team internally, to enable Ceramica Tile + Design to achieve its business objectives and create an excellent client experience. Ideally as a recent graduate, or current student you have an interest in Interior Design and are looking for an entry level position to build your industry knowledge and take advantage of opportunities to learn and develop. What we can offer you: An entry level role with the opportunity to learn and grow. Permanent, Full time position available 36 hours per week over 5 days. Saturday is essential, with other days by negotiation. Willing to Negotiate 25-36 hours. Supportive team culture, united by our purpose and commitment to excellence. Position Requirements: Interior Design Graduate, or current student would be highly regarded. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Customer service and/or sales experience. Experience using Sketchup Required. Knowledge of design principles. Skill and resilience to maintain high levels of motivation. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise. Excellent computer and administration skills. Willingness to learn and a great eye for detail. A high level of initiative with strong problem-solving skills.
