Sales Director - Western Australia (Remote)Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)Join a fast-growing global leader in utility-scale energy storage and help shape Australia's clean energy future. We are looking for a high-impact Sales Director to drive regional growth, build strategic partnerships, and win major BESS opportunities across the region. This is a remote, individual contributor role with significant autonomy and visibility.What You'll DoLead commercial expansion for BESS across Western Australia.Identify new business opportunities with developers, utilities, EPCs, and mining operators.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle from introduction to contract close.Represent the company at industry events and strengthen brand presence in the region.Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to global leadership.What We're Looking For8+ years of sales experience in utility scale renewables sectors (BESS experience strongly preferred).Strong network across WA's energy, mining, or infrastructure markets.Proven ability to close complex technical sales deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a fully remote role and travel within WA as required.Why Join Us?Drive sales in one of APAC's most exciting BESS markets.High autonomy and direct impact on regional growth.Work with cutting-edge energy storage technology and a global, mission-driven team.
