Business Development Manager – Western Australia Location: WA | Reports to: National Sales Manager Are you ready to accelerate your career in automotive finance? Gamma Duo is expanding across Western Australia and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to lead broker engagement and drive growth in the region. If you’ve built a foundation in asset or automotive finance and are ready for a more autonomous, high-impact role — this is your opportunity. About Gamma Duo We’re a fast-growing sub-prime automotive finance provider working exclusively through brokers. Our mission is simple: help everyday Australians access car finance when traditional lenders fall short. We’re known for being fast, flexible, and broker-friendly — and we’re scaling nationally. The Role You’ll be responsible for: Growing and managing broker relationships across WA Driving loan volume through education, engagement, and support Representing Gamma Duo at industry events and broker meetings Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager What You’ll Bring Experience in asset or automotive finance (sub-prime a bonus) A network of broker contacts in WA A proactive, self-starting attitude Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage your territory What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission Car allowance + laptop, phone, and tools of the trade Flexible working environment with autonomy Supportive, fast-paced team culture Real opportunity to grow with a scaling national brand Ready to make your mark?
