Business Development Manager Location: Greater Perth Area, Perth, Western Australia. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Perth. This role is perfect for a driven relationship‑builder who thrives on creating opportunities, forging genuine partnerships, and contributing to something bigger than just business. You’ll play a key role in expanding Kooya’s footprint, connecting with employers and stakeholders who share our values of community, care, and excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand market presence. Build, nurture, and manage strong client and partner relationships. Deliver engaging, consultative presentations to prospective clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Qualifications & Attributes Previous experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, or financial services highly regarded. Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or strategic account management. Strong relationship building and communication skills with a consultative approach. Confident presenter with excellent negotiation and influencing abilities. Analytical thinker with experience in market analysis and strategic planning. Results‑driven and motivated by achieving tangible outcomes. Collaborative team player with integrity, professionalism, and passion for ethical business and community impact. Salary & Employment Salary range: A$130,000 – A$160,000 per annum. Employment type: Full‑time, on‑site position based in the Greater Perth Area. Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level.
