Business Development Manager Personify Care Perth, Western Australia, Australia If you’re an experienced Business Development Manager, we want to hear from you As a Business Development Manager in our outbound team, you will be responsible for qualifying the Personify Care value proposition to prospective customers identified via outbound activities. Responsibilities Identify the problem: identify the problem to be solved, define what success looks like and match to company capabilities to define the size of the opportunity in the pipeline. Forecast: engage with prospects to gain high quality information that provides for accurate forecasting of opportunity size and expected contract close. Maintain accurate deal stages, notes, and forecasts in CRM. Grow ARR: convert pipeline opportunities into new signed ARR to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined follow-up, gaining decision maker and stakeholder buy-in, confirming required budget and stepping through procurement processes to close. Close: prepare proposals, negotiate contract terms and close deals efficiently. Collaborate: work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine messaging and ensure smooth onboarding transitions. Strategy: contribute to the strategic mapping of market opportunities and strategic customer accounts to drive incremental ARR growth for the team and the company. Improve: lead improvement initiatives based on experience of how to deliver solutions to customer problems more effectively and accelerate ARR velocity in the process. Relationships: maintain ongoing relationships with senior customer executives of strategic accounts to ensure ongoing alignment and future expansion opportunities. Collaborate with partners to present joint customer proposals. Tenders: contribute and lead the preparation of tender responses via procurement processes. Attributes 3-5 years of experience in outbound business development or sales in SaaS. Healthtech SaaS experience would be favourably regarded. Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals in a SaaS environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
