Quest West End and Quest on Rheola are looking to welcome a new local to our Team Quest Apartment Hotels is the largest and fastest growing apartment hotel operator in Australasia with more than 170 franchised properties across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. While Quest is a member of The Ascott Limited, a leading international lodging owner‑operator, Quest West End and Quest on Rheola are locally owned and operated. Quest West End is a 35 apartment property located in the Perth CBD which opened in 1995 and has finished a complete refurbishment. Quest on Rheola is a 20 apartment property located in West Perth which opened in 2005 and has completed a soft furnishings refurbishment. The Role Reporting to the Business Owners who manage both Hotels, this key role in the business involves identifying and attracting corporate clients, driving engagement with and loyalty to the Quest brand, developing and acting on sales and marketing plans, identifying and engaging with existing and potential local area accounts, and working with the front office and Corporate Office teams (sales, revenue and distribution and marketing and digital) to optimise sales outcomes. The role also involves occasional after hours activities, such as attending and hosting networking events and property familiarisations to showcase Quest West End, Quest on Rheola and the Quest brand. The Ideal Candidate Will be a self‑motivated, sales focused individual, who has a passion for developing and nurturing win‑win relationships with clients and colleagues. Enthusiasm for selling is key, as is strong time management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, and a friendly, mature approach to work. A proven track record with achieving sales outcomes in a business to business environment is essential, and strong knowledge of industry in the Perth and West Perth region would be a distinct advantage. Whilst not essential, qualifications in a business discipline or the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded, as would prior sales experience in a hotel environment. A current driver’s license and own vehicle is required. Applicants must have entitlements to work in Australia.
