In this role, you'll lead and implement change management initiatives across complex environments. You'll define strategies, create compelling narratives, and drive adoption of new processes and ways of working. We're looking for someone proactive, hands-on, and collaborative who enjoys influencing and engaging stakeholders in a dynamic setting.Aufgaben Develop and execute change management strategies to support organizational transformation Design and deliver communication plans accompanying change initiatives across multiple formats (digital, print, events) to ensure clarity and engagement Partner with project teams to structure workstreams, manage dependencies, and maintain timelines Create compelling narratives and presentations to influence stakeholders and drive adoption Monitor and measure change impact, adjusting strategies as needed for successful implementation Profil Background in Marketing, Employee Communications, or a related field Extensive experience in defining, driving, and implementing change initiatives in different communication formats within complex environments Strong project management skills, ability to structure complex workstreams, maintain timelines, manage dependencies, and drive execution Hands-on mindset with ability to influence without formal authority, and drive adoption of new processes or ways of working Affinity for digital tools and AI technologies - comfortable exploring innovative solutions and using AI to enhance communication and change strategies Fluent in English; German is an advantage Wir bieten Depending on specific qualifications and professional experience, a gross monthly salary (Full-time Basis) of at least 3.500 EUR is expected. The final salary agreement will be reached in a personal interview.
