To enhance our successful NPI Team at the HTB 3 Plant in Leoben, we are looking for a passionate (Junior) NPI Engineer (f/m/d) As part of our NPI team, you will play a key role in bringing new products and package designs from concept to high-volume manufacturing. Whether you are starting your career or are an experienced engineer, you will contribute to the successful qualification of customer designs by coordinating cross-functional activities, and driving continuous improvement. You will help shape the future of IC substrate production at Europe's only facility of its kind.Aufgaben Coordinate and support New Product Planning, including material and tooling preparation, to meet delivery timelines Monitor NPI progress daily, focusing on IPP/CtF capability, yield improvement, and troubleshooting Collaborate with Technology Development and Operations to meet qualification timelines Drive or support the certification and handover of new products to high-volume manufacturing Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for project tracking and reporting Support customer meetings, action requests, and documentation for technology transfer activities Assist with core ordering and metrology best-known methods for new customers and products Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely support across multiple projects Profil We are looking for both junior and experienced candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to innovative product development.
