Um die internationale Expansionsstrategie voranzutreiben, besetzen wir im Zuge einer Nachfolgeplanung im **Technology Development Team** in unserem Headquarter am **Standort Leoben-Hinterberg **die Position:
**Project Leader Junior (m/w/d)**:
**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Leitung von Projekt Teams auf globaler Ebene um neue Konzepte für jeweilige Technologiecluster zu entwickeln
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Program Manager an zielführender Industrialisierung neuer Technologien sowie Unterstützung von Arbeitspaketen innerhalb der TDI/NPI
- Repräsentation der AT&S gegenüber externen Partnern (Kunden, Lieferanten, Fördergesellschaften, etc.) in allen projektbezogenen Aspekten
- Verantwortung von Kundenprojekten über Qulitätsparameter, Zeitpläne, Systemeinrichtungen usw.
- Erstellung regelmäßiger Projektberichte für die Geschäftsführung

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Schulausbildung (z.B., HTL, FH, Uni) oder mindestens zwei Jahre Beruferfahrung als Projektleiter in der Industrie
- Belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Teamorientierung
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie strategisches Denken
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestjahresbruttogehalt von € 45.000;
- für Vollzeit. Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung ist eine marktgerechte Überzahlung möglich.
