***Project Management Specialist - Planview (M/F/d)**:
As Project Manager in the Corporate Program Management Office (PMO=, you will report directly to the Head of PMO and will be responsible for the general overview of the Corporate Project Portfolio and for preparing decision criteria for project selection and prioritization. Furthermore, you will provide insights on Portfolio status by periodic reporting on target achievement and risk exposure.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support to establish, supervise and control as well as lead an efficient project portfolio management process
- Administration and further development of software supported Program and Project Management
- Deviation Analysis and deriving of corrective actions including the consideration of alternatives
- Continuous improvement of project related databases, procedures and systems
- Promotion and support of knowledge exchange within the plants and Business Units
- Support in the definition and operation of PPM and project management reporting process
- Support and train Program and Project Managers in developing and maintaining detailed plans including scope, timelines, needed manpower and budget

***Your Profile***:

- Recognized technical education (HTL, Bachelor or Master degree); ideally a background in electronics
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Administrator or having worked in a PMO; Project Management Certificate (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE 2 or similar) is a benefit
- Experience in Quality Management (Six Sigma and Lean Management is a benefit)
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques, tools and methods
- Fluent in written and oral English (German is a plus)
- State of the art Computer skills - high affinity and ease of handling various types of software (ideally with experience in Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management Software like Planview, Clarity PPM, Planisware or similar)
- Understanding of Corporate Strategy and Roadmapping processes

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 45.000;
