**NPI Project Leader (M/F/d)**:
As NPI Project Manager you will be the central point of contact towards and from the management, the different departments and customers for all technical ramp related projects in the organization from NPI till High Volume Manufacturing stage. In this role, you will represent AT&S as a reliable interface to leading customers, key suppliers and important internal stakeholders. You will be the leading person for the early involvement in new technology needs from customers and initiation of activities into the Engineering Organization.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Create yield roadmaps in alignment with customers and ensure related stepwise yield improvement in cooperation with Engineering team, from NPI till high vacuum manufacturing
- Ownership and technical responsibility for the assigned NPI projects with strong focus on driving standardization, process control, yield and cost improvement
- Integration of process within assigned projects as well as across areas/departments
- Manage disciplinary and functionally Technicians and Engineers reporting under your responsibility.
- Keeping an up-to-date overview on state of the art equipment and processes in IC-substrate and screening of emerging innovative technologies in areas of responsibility
- Compliance with standardized project management and qualification procedures incl. use of Databases, templates and reviews
- Protection of Intellectual Property (IP) and assurance of the company and key customer interests in a highly competitive industry
- Insure the achievement of the department KPIs, process cost reduction, efficiency improvement and yield roadmaps and plant target

**Your Profile**:

- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of Applied Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Embedded System
- Minimum of 5 year’s experience in the fields of PCB-HDI, IC-Substrate, Semiconductor, IC-Packaging or Assembly
- Deep understanding of project management and leading teams of engineers & technicians
- Experience in practicing SixSigma or other statistical and quality tools in process engineering and control such as SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP
- Computer knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel), JMP and/or Minitab
- Good analytical skills with attention to details, “out of the Box” thinking and good stress management
- Willingness to travel and stay abroad for working in an enriching intercultural environment
- Willingness of working in cleanroom environment and over time
- Excellent English skills

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 62.000;
