Our mission: active portfolio steering, continuous improvement of data infrastructure, and driving digital efficiency. With a newly implemented data infrastructure for regulatory requirements, we can now leverage extensive datasets to enhance analysis and steering. We are looking for someone passionate about data, structured thinking, and precision—turning insights into impactful portfolio decisions.Your Tasks Develop and enhance the Group-wide Early Warning System (EWS) for corporate clients, including triggers, thresholds, and escalation pathsTranslate macroeconomic developments into portfolio steering and EWSEnsure timely risk escalation and promote EWS as a proactive risk management toolAlign with regulatory requirements and internal governance standardsSupport audits and contribute to projects related to credit portfolio steering Your Profile Minimum 5 years experience in credit risk management (preferably risk reporting or modelling)Technical know-how and interest in efficient solutionsStrong data analysis skills to identify patterns and trendsSolid understanding of credit risk management principles and macroeconomic impactsExcellent communication skills to convey complex topics clearly to senior stakeholdersFluent in English and German Our Offer You are curious and structured with a passion for solving complex challenges?
