NET full stack (C#, ASP. NET Core, Blazor, Java Script/Type Script, etc.).Integrate AI/ML capabilities using services like Azure Cognitive Services, Open AI, or custom models.Manage containerized deployments using Kubernetes (on-prem and in the cloud).Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code are in place.Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in software engineering.Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions What you bring with you Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem)Strong expertise in. NET full stack developmentHands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestrationSolid understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and on-premise infrastructureMicrosoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer)Familiarity with MLOps, data pipelines, and monitoring toolsExperience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise applicationsDeep knowledge of agile methodologies, especially ScrumExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsExperience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, public sector) is a plus The minimum salary for a full-time position is EUR 70,000 (gross annual salary all-in).
