DO & CO is a leading event catering company, delivering outstanding food and service at high-profile events. To support our operations, we rely on a well-coordinated infrastructure covering light, sound, water, power, and temporary structures. We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee these critical components and ensure seamless execution at every event.The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all infrastructure suppliers and technical aspects of event setups. This role ensures that all essential services-power, lighting, sound, water supply, and temporary structures-are delivered efficiently, safely, and within budget. Project Planning & Coordination Develop infrastructure plans for each event, considering site logistics, supplier capabilities, and client requirements Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., event managers, chefs, logistics) to align infrastructure needs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Supplier & Stakeholder Management Identify, contract, and manage relationships with suppliers for power, lighting, sound, water, and temporary structures Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal teams On-Site Management & Troubleshooting Oversee the setup, operation, and dismantling of infrastructure components Conduct site inspections to ensure all elements meet quality, safety, and operational standards Troubleshoot any infrastructure-related issues that arise before or during events Budget & Cost Control Develop and manage the infrastructure budget for each event Monitor costs and optimize supplier contracts to maintain cost efficiency Track expenses and report financial performance to senior management Proven experience (5+ years) in infrastructure project management within events, catering, or live production industries Strong technical knowledge of temporary event power, water supply, lighting, sound, and structures Excellent supplier management and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends We offer a gross yearly salary starting from €70.000,00 The opportunity to become part of the exclusive world of our international events Work with a high-profile, international clientele An open company culture with career advancement opportunities in a globally active group Attractive, above-average pay, including travel expenses and allowances International career opportunities within DO & CO Be part of a dynamic team delivering world-class events DO&CO is an equal opportunity employer.
