AufgabenAs a Process Quality Engineer for the CMOS front-end wafer production line, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of process quality and reliability across semiconductor manufacturing operations at site Premstätten. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including process engineering, process integration, production and failure analysis to monitor, analyze and improve process performance, yield and compliance with internal and customer requirements.Process Monitoring & Control: Develop and maintain process control plans for CMOS wafer fabrication stepsMonitor key process indicators (KPIs) and ensure statistical process control (SPC) charts to detect deviations and drive corrective actionsParticipating in risk assessments, MRB's (Material Review Board) and PCRB (Process Change Management Board) as accountable for CMOS qualityQuality Assurance: Participate in and lead 8 D teams to find root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process-related quality issuesEnsure proper usage of quality tools and business processes like Change Management, 8 D, SPC, FDC, FMEA and DOE to drive continuous improvementSupport internal and external audits, including customer quality assessments and ISO/IATF complianceYield & Defect Reduction: Collaborate with process and yield engineers to identify yield detractors and implement improvement initiativesDocumentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of quality procedures, specifications and process changes and prepare regular reports on process quality performance and improvement activities for internal and external stakeholdersCross-functional Collaboration: Interface with R&D, production and customer quality teams to ensure smooth technology transfers and ramp-up of new CMOS processesProvide quality input during new product introduction (NPI) and process qualification phases. Profil Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, materials science, physics, or related field3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in CMOS front-end processesStrong knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8 D and other quality toolsExperience with MES, defect analysis tools and data visualization platformsExcellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skillsFluent in German and English (both verbal and written)We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G ( ).
