Client Project Manager, nPlan Join nPlan — build the cities of the future We’re nPlan, a Series B startup backed by leading investors including GV (formerly Google Ventures) and DeepMind’s founder, Demis Hassabis. Our technology helps the world’s biggest construction projects make faster, more confident, data‑driven decisions. By combining one of the world’s largest datasets of project plans with advanced machine learning, we forecast project outcomes and reduce risk — reshaping how infrastructure gets built. The Role We are looking for a first-of-a-kind Client Project Manager to join our Commercial team in Australia. You’ll drive growth in our strategic engagements, using your expertise in the construction industry to help our clients maximise the value they get from nPlan. With existing key clients in the APAC region, including Chevron, Singapore’s Land Transit Authority and Hong Kong’s Mass Transit Railway, your main responsibility will be to ensure we efficiently delight these customers and others in the region. You’ll have autonomy, ownership, and trust from day one, and be working with talented people who care deeply about our mission. This role is remote‑first, though you may be required to travel within the APAC region (up to 3–5 times per year) and internationally for client or team meetings (1–2 times per year). What We’re Looking For Background of min. 2 years in project management, project controls or construction management (or similar in Construction Technology). Confident communicator—especially verbally. You are proactive and unafraid to pick up the phone. Excellent relationship‑building skills and high motivation to delight customers. Key Responsibilities Value – deeply understand each customer’s needs and ensure we outperform expectations. Commercial – determine areas to expand and improve our offering to the customer, coordinate within account teams for optimum delivery. Client engagement and support – build strategy and engagement plans to delight our strategic customers; ensure a seamless journey from onboarding to ongoing support; empower customers to self‑serve using nPlan, and build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the client organisation.
