This warehouse has a unique mix of customers, this range requires a unique blend of operational prowess, with particular focus on planning to ensure we have the correct resources available to meet our KPI’s and delight our customers. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure we are moving our customers freight on time, every time. At the forefront of everyday is a focus on promoting a safe working environment and championing WH&S in every activity performed. About the Role We are currently seeking a team member to join our growing team in Dandenong South at our 33,000m2 purpose-built warehouse as part of our warehouse operations team on a full‑time basis. Over the coming weeks several roles in our team have become available with further opportunities for future growth with our ‘promote from within’ culture. We are looking for someone with strong organisational and time management skills. You will be taking initiative on projects, working to a schedule and have impeccable attention to detail. Very importantly, you enjoy being a team player and have exceptional interpersonal skills. Passion for our business and ability to produce quality results is essential. We are looking for a new Team Member who will be positive, driven, and is looking for a career, not just a job.
