We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to deliver high quality irrigation installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimisation across our portfolio. About the Role As an Irrigation Technician with Martin Brothers, you will work alongside our construction and maintenance teams to ensure all irrigation systems are installed to spec, operate efficiently, and support long term plant health. Your responsibilities will include: Installing irrigation systems (drip, spray, pop up, automated controllers) in line with plans and specifications Programming and commissioning a range of controllers Diagnosing faults, leaks, pressure issues, and electrical or controller problems Conducting maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on existing systems Working with site supervisors to ensure irrigation integrates with broader landscaping works Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently What We’re Looking For Previous experience as an Irrigation Technician (construction or maintenance) Strong understanding of irrigation system components, hydraulics, and troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret irrigation drawings and specifications Experience with both residential and commercial systems (advantageous) Current driver’s licence White Card Strong communication skills and a high attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and committed to high quality workmanship Why Join Martin Brothers?
