What You’ll Be Doing Identify operational risks and regulatory obligations, assess their impact, and lead change initiatives. Advise leaders on applying risk and compliance frameworks to improve business outcomes. Partner with senior stakeholders to embed risk strategies into systems and processes. Design and implement controls to manage operational risks and ensure policy compliance. Support risk profiling and develop key indicators for ongoing monitoring. Provide expert guidance on risk and compliance policies tailored to business needs. Maintain strong communication with divisional leadership to ensure alignment and transparency. Mentor and develop team members, supporting their growth and capability uplift. Lead initiatives across risk, obligations, events, change, and policy domains. Drive continuous improvement in risk maturity and practices. Manage regulatory responses, audits, and compliance obligations effectively. Champion a culture of accountability and compliance through strategic execution. What You’ll Bring 7+ years’ experience in operational risk management. Deep expertise in risk and compliance disciplines. Strong background in the tech industry with a pragmatic, commercial mindset. Excellent time management and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment. Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail. Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working in distributed squad structures.
