Join our dynamic team at The Royal Oak, Double Bay as a Chef de Partie We are seeking a talented and motivated individual who thrives in a high-energy kitchen environment and is committed to quality, learning, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Chefs to ensure all mise‑en‑place is completed promptly and to high standards. Maintain the quality and presentation of dishes, adhering to recipe standards. Accept direction and coaching to continuously improve skills and performance. Maximize efficient resource usage in stock management. Participate in stocktakes as required and practice effective stock rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste. Follow all opening, closing, and changeover procedures within the kitchen. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene policies. What We’re Looking For: A passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
