We are looking for an experienced Community Associate who will be part of a team responsible for managing the daily operations of the operations team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of members satisfaction. This full-time position is based in Sydney CBD and reports directly to the Community Lead. Key Responsibilities Be the first and last point of contact for any members and visitors as the ambassador of The Work Project Oversee the management of the front desk, including move‑in/move‑out processes Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service and meets members’ needs and requests Monitor members’ feedback and implement improvements to ensure high satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and member experiences Assist in the sale of additional member services Assist in events such as set‑up, breakdown and F&B catering About you The personality of a person is much more important to TWP than what professional experience they possess. “Skills can be taught but attitude is forever”.
