You will provide best practice advice on learning solutions to raise the quality of learning and workforce capability across the group.This is a 12-month contract opportunity.What you’ll doInstructional Design:

Design and deliver program content to meet Motor Claim capability build needs, managing third party Learning partners where appropriateApply creativity to learning design, to build employee capability in a way which inspires and constructively challenges themUse appropriate techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of learning delivery

Project management:

Develop and manage to project schedules, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability, displaying the ability to assimilate information quickly and display discipline throughoutApply effective cost management principles

Stakeholder Management

Consult with stakeholders, learning partners and subject matter experts to create the desired learning and to ensure learning project deliverables are metConnect learning solutions to business strategy and employ a strong customer-focussed approach and co-creation of delivery
