Council are seeking a proactive person with a strong commitment to recognising and identifying tasks and priorities to keep AELEC looking it's best The Facility Cleaner & Maintenance Officer Is Responsible For Provide cleaning services to a high professional standard for all activities and events across AELEC as directed, ensuring the users needs are metThe opening and closing of venues as required for client entry or cleaning servicesAssist with minor repairs and maintenance where required TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED Certificate III in Cleaning Operations or similar or equivalent relevant experienceDriver Licence INTERESTED? Salary range : Grade 6 - $1, $1, per week plus additional penalty rates for weekend work and 12% superannuation for a 38 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation. Hours of work shall be a spread of hours not exceeding 152 hours in any 4 week period. Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
