Key Responsibilities Lead the business analysis activities in a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team in pre-discovery, discovery and design and delivery Plan and document user interviews, understand and document both high level and detailed business problems, and analyse root causes Design and facilitate workshops and interviews that include a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all levels Manage stakeholder groups to develop a partnership with the business and foster a productive working environment Transform defined business needs into outcomes and problem statements for large scale Government applications and complex systems Key Skills HRMIS Business Analyst experience required. Demonstrated excellence in business writing and documentation Skilled in writing, refining, and managing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe. Ensure solutions meet regulatory, legislative, and industry standards, providing business assurance throughout the transformation process. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical terminology Experienced in delivering high-quality outcomes within a demanding timeline.
