About the Role You will provide essential nursing care and support to residents under the supervision of an RN, contributing to positive resident outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities Assist residents with ADLs: showering, dressing, toileting, grooming. Administer medications as prescribed and document records accurately. Monitor and record residents' vital signs, symptoms and health changes. Provide basic wound care and dressings for minor wounds. Conduct health assessments and report changes to the supervising RN or team and on eCase. Skills & Experience Current AHPRA Registration. Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards. Adaptable, passionate and willing to learn. Collaborative teamwork skills. Friendly and effective communication abilities. Requirements Must have Australian Working Rights and a NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be willing to obtain).
