You’ll help build the internal platforms and client-facing tools that power the agency’s day-to-day operations, from SEO automations to CRM integrations to systems that make life easier for staff and customers alike. This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to sharpen their skills across the stack, from frontend features to backend APIs to cloud infrastructure. You’ll work with modern tools (React, NestJS, AWS) and collaborate closely with product managers and other devs to build reliable, scalable systems with real business impact. If you’re a builder at heart and love solving problems through great code, this is the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing Build and maintain full‑stack applications using React, NestJS, Express.js, and AWS ECS (Fargate). Own features from design to deployment, frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Work across tools like Docker, MongoDB, Redis, BullMQ, JWT, and GitHub Actions. Collaborate with product managers to scope and ship features that solve real problems. Write secure, maintainable, and high‑quality code. Contribute to internal tools that drive automation and productivity across the business. Leverage your understanding of how SEO/Paid and digital agencies operate in your work. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of Full Stack Development experience. Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and scalable system design. Experience working with AWS, microservices, CI/CD, and automation workflows. Solid understanding of APIs, security, and end‑to‑end delivery. Pragmatic, adaptable, and focused on shipping high‑quality features. Collaborative, curious, and enjoys solving problems with others. Full working rights in Australia (Citizen or PR). Available to work on‑site in Sydney. Bonus Points For Experience With SendGrid, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads.
