The Opportunity As the Studio Manager you will oversee the operational success of the Melbourne Studio, ensuring it consistently delivers a luxury customer experience while meeting key business targets such as sales, lead generation, and brand standards. You will focus on maintaining a high‑end retail environment through attention to detail, effective team management, and continuous staff development. You will play a key role in driving business growth by being commercially minded, results‑driven, and acting as a role model for Genesis Motors Australia. Key Responsibilities Provide a world‑class customer experience, focusing on a welcoming, luxurious environment. Achieve and exceed sales and lead generation targets, contributing to overall business success. Ensure Genesis Hospitality is upheld in all aspects of the studio and customer journey. Lead, motivate, and mentor the team to foster a high‑performance culture. Conduct and document regular team meetings and provide ongoing product and process training. Execute local marketing initiatives and activations, and support promotions to drive traffic and sales. Provide customer prospect support including CRM Management, price / parts / accessories offering, contract consultation, general sales tasks and delivery. Build and manage strong and credible relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, this includes working closely with other team members on operational and business needs. Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Complete all business reporting at required time lines and frequency. About You You have the below skills and experience and are passionate about progressing your career with an innovative and dynamic luxury automotive brand. 3‑5 years' experience in a customer‑focused people management role preferably within luxury retail or hospitality. You are not afraid to put your hand up to help. You find opportunities for growth and analyse strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. You can encourage, develop, and coach your team to success with the ability to motivate them to achieve targets. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage escalations effectively.
