Sama House is a boutique Yoga & Pilates studio in Kalkallo with a big heart and even bigger dreams. We’ve grown into a strong, connected community built on feel good movement and mindfulness. Now, we’re ready for our next chapter, and we’re looking for our first full time Studio Manager to help lead it. About the Role This isn’t your average “studio admin” role. It’s for someone who’s ready to take the reins and help our boutique studio continue to grow, flourish, and make a real impact in people’s lives. At the heart of this role is a love for mindfulness, fitness, and community but the focus is on leadership and studio growth. We’re looking for someone who embodies our values and acts as the backbone of our community and team. Community & Member Growth Host heart‑led new client inductions that empower clients to begin their wellness journey with confidence, the kind of start that helps them build habits they’ll never want to give up. Manage follow‑ups and rollovers, turning triallers into loyal, happy members. Create and oversee seasonal challenges, workshops, and events that build connection, accountability, and lasting results. Champion member retention and customer happiness by building genuine relationships, responding to feedback, and ensuring every client feels seen and valued. Leadership Inspire, engage, and lead a talented team of instructors and assistants. You understand that a thriving studio starts with a happy, supported team. Manage the class timetable and instructor schedule and any covers required. Recruit and hire the best instructors who align with our values and elevate the Sama House experience. Uphold Sama House’s standards for class quality, care, and connection. Provide coaching, accountability, and support to ensure every team member thrives and feels part of something bigger. Invite trainers and facilitators to run development sessions that help our team continue to grow and refine their craft. Ensure all instructor documents, including first aid and insurance renewals, are kept up to date. Studio Growth & Marketing Drive referral initiatives, collaborations, and local activations to grow the Sama House community. Work with our founder to develop strategic marketing content and campaigns that share our story and values. Bring fresh, strategic ideas for partnerships, community activations, and ways to deepen engagement and growth. Studio Operations Manage cleaners, studio assistants, and anything that ensures the day to day operations run smoothly. Oversee systems, maintenance, and supplies so that the studio experience always feels calm, seamless, and intentional. About You You might be a current Yoga or Pilates instructor who’s ready to scale back your teaching hours and take your love for changing lives to a leadership level. You strike the perfect balance between heart and drive – you love people, wellness, and connection, but you’re also energised by KPIs, growth targets, and impact. You’re a big dreamer with a big heart who loves a good challenge and personal growth. You’re always striving to be the best version of yourself and bringing your team along for the ride. You’re proactive and organised with the ability to keep your eyes on many moving parts at once, but stay on top of priorities. You’re resilient, adaptable, and growth‑oriented. You’re a self‑starter who thrives with autonomy, able to take initiative and make confident decisions that keep the studio thriving even when the owner isn’t physically present. Flexible work setup – no more driving between studios; focus your energy in one inspiring space, with some tasks that can be done remotely. Please note: This role will begin at 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) and transition to full time next year so full‑time availability will eventually be required. For this position, we’re looking for someone who lives within a 15‑25 minute drive from Kalkallo. Salary : $75,000-90,000 FTE + milestone‑based pay progressions and bonuses.
