You are the reason customers keep coming back. Your previous experience in Fast Paced Fast Food preparation and service is paramount for this role. Our Head Cook is the leader and provides guidance and direction to your crew, following the Barnacle Bill Recipes whilst maintaining and delivering the Barnacle Bill high standard of food and customer service standards, maintaining supplier relations and stock ordering. Responsibilities A hands‑on approach to problem solving; identifying issues and using initiative and available resources to generate recommendations Ability to cope with conflicting demands and to prioritise tasks A positive attitude to dealing with people Ability to follow quality assurance and operational processes, including set recipes Effective Time management Ability to communicate on a multitude of levels depending on the situation Ensure the quality of all food is always at its highest and freshest in accordance with the Brand Recipe. Ensure the staff follow all food preparation and hygiene standards (Food Act) Respond to requests by the Owners in an efficient and timely manner. Operational management: Organising stock and equipment, ordering supplies from approved suppliers, and overseeing general maintenance, cleanliness, and security. Working to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the store is complying with relevant health and safety regulations. Ensuring high standards of customer service are always observed. Implementing, and instilling in their teams, company policies, procedures, ethics. Handling customer complaints and queries. Ensure Delivery Partners processes are operational. Reporting to and attending regular meetings with Management. Follow all GMP policies whenever in the facility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
