As the Head of Campus – Scoresby, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the identity and success of this new site, bringing leadership, direction, and community connection to a campus that will be central to our next phase of impact. The Role As the Head of Campus – Scoresby, you will be a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for leading all aspects of the campus's educational, operational, and community engagement functions. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic and educational direction of the Scoresby campus in line with Urban College’s vision and mission. Drive campus operations including timetabling, staff coordination, enrolment, and compliance. Champion trauma-informed, differentiated teaching and learning practices. Lead staff coaching, performance development, and professional learning. Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture grounded in wellbeing and growth. Engage with families, community agencies, and local networks to support student success. Ensure rigorous attention to Child Safe Standards, VRQA compliance, and audit readiness. What You Bring Proven experience in educational leadership within a secondary or specialist school. Expertise in curriculum and pedagogy, especially within senior secondary and alternative education. Demonstrated success in leading staff development and fostering a collaborative culture. Strong understanding of trauma-informed practices and student wellbeing frameworks. Outstanding communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills. A deep commitment to inclusive education and empowering young people. Why Join Us?
