We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to coordinate and deliver multiple washroom fitout projects — ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong client relationships from site measure through to final installation. Project Manager – Commercial Washroom Fitouts Tullamarine, VIC | Full-time | Immediate Start About the Role This role suits an organised construction professional who enjoys managing details, solving problems on the fly, and keeping projects running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, liaising with builders and internal manufacturing teams, managing schedules, and ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, and to Cubispec’s quality standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of washroom fitout projects — from measure and planning through to installation and handover Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation Liaise closely with commercial builders, site managers, and architects Coordinate subcontractors and monitor performance to meet program and safety requirements Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance Work closely with internal design, production, and logistics teams Identify risks early and implement practical solutions Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout each project Support continuous improvement and contribute to operational efficiency What You’ll Bring Proven project management experience within construction, joinery, or commercial fitout Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Good commercial understanding — scheduling, cost control, and basic contract knowledge Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools A practical, hands‑on approach with a commitment to safety and customer service Desirable Qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a trade background (cabinet making, carpentry, joinery) Experience in washroom fitouts, toilet partitions, or commercial joinery manufacturing Why Join Cubispec National business with a strong industry reputation Work with trusted commercial builder clients across Victoria Supportive, collaborative leadership team Opportunities for growth as the business expands Competitive salary package based on experience Location: Tullamarine, Victoria
