We are seeking a dedicated GP to join our family‑owned practice in Broken Hill, a vibrant outback mining town on the NSW/SA border. Join our welcoming community, in a supportive professional development environment which is just a short flight from major cities including Sydney and Adelaide. As a GP at our practice, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive, coordinated, and continued medical care to patients of all age groups. Percentage of Billings: Competitive remuneration based on billings, or base rate (whichever is greater) Practice Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30‑5.00 (with a 1‑hour lunchbreak) with no on call, afterhours, or weekend work. Practice Setting: Multi‑disciplinary practice with 1 full‑time fellow GP and 1 full‑time practice nurse Enjoy a relaxed lifestyle in this picturesque mining town. Skin Cancer Care: Our practice has a special focus in skin cancer care, servicing the wider community. Innovative Operations: Learn from our efficient consultation model and Fast‑track clinic. Technologically Advanced: Well‑resourced rooms with modern hardware, medical software & medical equipment. Business Acumen: Develop business skills with support from our team. The Pre-Fellowship Program (PFP) or Practice Experience Program Specialist (PEP SP) is open to IMGs and other non-vocationally registered doctors who are: Temporary residents hold current registration with the Medical Board of Australia have an offer of employment and the necessary skills and experience to perform the role provide evidence of appropriate support in place to meet supervision requirements (if applicable) undertake GP professional development activities, including compulsory modules review readiness for fellowship training, in conjunction with their medical adviser every 3 months take active steps to join a GP College-led Fellowship pathway within the defined period Exam Training and Support Supportive training environment for AMC and FRACGP & ACRRM exams.
