With an extensive aquatics program featuring multi‑layered swimming squads from Learn to Swim through to National Level swimmers, our Swim program develops skills in swimming technique, water confidence, survival, water safety and endurance. Centrally located in Carrara on the Gold Coast, the centre offers a warm, friendly and supportive team environment and a fantastic reputation within the community. About the role We are looking for energetic Swim Instructors to deliver high‑quality learn‑to‑swim programmes and support students in developing confidence, skills, and lifelong water safety habits. About you Hold (or are currently completing) Austswim or Swim Australia qualifications (or equivalent) Are confident working with children and young people Create safe, positive and engaging learning experiences Are reliable, enthusiastic and committed to student progress and wellbeing Have experience instructing or coaching children of all ages (preferable, but not essential) All swim instructors MUST hold a current, valid blue card for working with children Description Emmanuel College is a co‑educational, multi‑denominational school with just over 1,600 students, valued by the Gold Coast community for its strong commitment to educational excellence within a Christian faith framework.
