We operate across Australia, with a strong presence in Victoria, and we’re passionate about building inclusive, active communities. About BlueFit Swimming BlueFit Swimming offers full training and support to experienced and aspiring Swim Instructors and Pool Lifeguards, helping them thrive in their roles. About the Role We are currently seeking Qualified Swim Instructors and Pool Deck Coordinators to join our team at the new Truganina facility. This casual position is perfect for people who love working with children, are passionate about water safety, and are looking for flexible working hours. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, high-quality Learn to Swim lessons for children and adults Promote water confidence and safe aquatic practices Create a fun, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth class operations Assess students and communicate results with parents About You Have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy teaching Are a confident swimmer Love working with kids and contributing to their development Are reliable, punctual, and a team player Qualifications (Required or Willing to Obtain) SISSS00112 – Swim Teacher / Learn to Swim Certification HLTAID009 – Provide CPR HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid Working with Children Check (Employee) ✅ No experience?
