The Opportunity As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing marketing initiatives that support business growth. You'll combine creative storytelling with data‑driven strategy to generate leads, build brand awareness, and support sales performance. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate high‑quality leads Manage website content, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising with external partners Plan and deliver email marketing and automation campaigns Analyse marketing data and performance metrics to optimise outcomes Creative & Brand Marketing Create engaging content including videos, brochures, case studies, and social media posts Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials Grow online engagement and audience reach across social media channels Coordinate tradeshows, product launches, and promotional events Sales & Strategic Support Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead conversion goals Provide marketing materials and campaigns that support business development and dealer engagement Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and new opportunities Manage the marketing budget and track campaign return on investment About You Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing, ideally across B2B Proven success in lead generation, campaign management, and digital marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills Hands‑on experience with content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Results‑focused, proactive, and passionate about driving business growth Why Join This Company Work in a progressive, fast‑growing business with clear expansion goals Be part of a supportive, creative, and results‑driven team Enjoy a brand‑new modern office Have real ownership of marketing direction and execution Receive a competitive salary of $100k–$120k + super How to Apply Stand out from the crowd and CALL ME I am available 7 days per week 7.30am to 7.30pm for a confidential conversation Be careful – Don’t provide your
