Motivation, accountability & daily communication to build a cohesive team Mentoring younger CAs (Gen Z/Millennials) and setting them up for long-term success Financial control across budgets, procurement schedules, contracts & reporting Data accuracy & commercial insights to support Construction Managers Preventative planning — seeing issues early, not reacting late High-level stakeholder communication across internal and external groups Maintaining discipline & standards while fostering a supportive, collaborative culture This role offers genuine influence — you’re not just managing paperwork, you’re developing people and strengthening the commercial backbone of the business.
