Production Operator Start your career in Automated Production Operations with our state of the art machinery and great career opportunities About the Role Rostered shifts : 4 shifts on 4 shifts off, rotating through days and nights 12 hour shifts days 6am-6pm nights 6pm-6am Average day shift pay rate is $34-35 per hour Shift Loadings : Afternoon shift : +15% Night shift : +20% Permanent night shift : +30% Working in the modern purpose-built production areas, you will be learning all aspects of operating and monitoring equipment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and working as part a team to ensure production targets are meet. Key Responsibilities Operating production machinery and equipment with precision and care Handling raw materials and finished components with a focus on quality Following safety procedures and production protocols Supporting your team to meet targets and assisting in operations running smoothly Working across shifts in a modern, and safety-first facility About You To be successful in this role, you will have : Current C Class Drivers Licence and reliable transport A Safety-first mindset Reliable and physically fit individual with a can-do attitude Ability to competently complete a basic numeracy and literacy test Pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing Undergo a National Police check Provide 2 references including one professional / supervisor Why Join Us Confidential Employee Assistance Program for you and your family Job security with a long-standing company Career progression and further earning potential Ability to complete Certificate III Polymer Processing and Injection Moulding; or Certificate III Industrial Automation and Control Who is Wagners Composite Fibre Technologies (CFT) Wagners CFT manufacture innovative structural composite sections using a unique pull-winding process that can be used as a replacement for steel, aluminium and wood in infrastructure projects or engineering applications.
