Job Description Summary Working within our experienced team at the ionic Philadelphia site, as a Production Operator you will have a variety of responsibilities including machine set up and operation, and equipment monitoring and adjustment. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are made in a safe environment, meet the highest standards of quality and contribute to the efficiency of our manufacturing process. You’re key responsibilities include; Following safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Producing products according to specifications and Quality standards Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet Quality standards Setting up, operating, monitoring and adjusting production machinery and equipment Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance Use of SAP and other online computer systems Active use of lean manufacturing tools including 5Y, Kaizen and One Point Lessons to reduce losses across the plant Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Reporting any issues to the Shift Leader or Manager What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
