Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are seeking enthusiastic Plant Operators to join our growing team at Erskine Park , NSW on both casual and full-time basis. This role involves multi-skilled plant operations using brand new, state-of-the-art tyre recycling equipment. Must be Flexible to work variety of shifts times as follows: Day Shift: 5am - 1pm Afternoon Shift: 1pm - 9pm Night Shift: 9pm - 5am Your responsibilities will include the following: Sort and process tyres/recyclable materials using various equipment. Operate machinery such as forklifts, bobcats, and excavators to move and process materials. Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any equipment issues. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the plant. Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and ensure a safe working environment. About you: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team. Personal drive and results-oriented. Current driver's licence. Previous plant operating experience is a plus, but not essential.
