About the Role: As a Pellet Press Operator, your duties may include: Pellet press operation. Assist in the safe and efficient operation of feed mill equipment and machinery. Undertake batching, mixing, bagging, and loading activities. Maintain quality standards to ensure our customers receive consistent, high‑quality animal nutrition products. Follow and adhere to Feedsafe processes, procedures and reporting. Operate forklifts (training/licensing provided if required). Complete routine cleaning, housekeeping, and basic maintenance tasks. Support the production team to ensure daily manufacturing targets are met. Contribute to a positive safety culture and uphold Norco’s Golden Safety Rules. Assist with inventory, pest control and receival of inbound goods. What We Are Looking For: We would love to hear from you if you have: Previous feed mill and pellet press operation experience. A great attitude and willingness to learn. The ability to perform physical tasks safely. A team‑focused mindset. Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality. A forklift licence (beneficial but not essential – we will help you get one). Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or warehousing (highly regarded but not required). Why Norco?
