Brake Press Operator (Production Worker) ACO, a global manufacturer with operations in over 40 countries, is seeking a reliable and experienced Brake Press Operator to join our production team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, safety, and producing high-quality work. About the Role You will be responsible for operating brake press machinery to manufacture components to specification, ensuring all products meet quality, safety, and production standards. Full training on our internal processes and products will be provided. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate brake press machines to form, bend and shape metal components Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and production schedules Conduct quality checks to ensure all parts meet required tolerances Perform daily machine inspections and basic maintenance Work safely and follow all WHS procedures Assist with general workshop/production duties as required About You Previous experience operating a brake press or similar metal-forming equipment Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual and a strong team player Forklift licence desirable (not essential) What We Offer Competitive hourly rate + monthly production bonus Stable, full-time employment with a reputable global manufacturer On-site parking and a supportive team environment Opportunities for training and future development If you're looking for a long-term opportunity in a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
