The role is responsible for operating CNC Press Brake machines to produce high-quality metal components that support the company’s diverse product range. The position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of production. Key Responsibilities Fabrication and Machine Operation Operate CNC Press Brake and related machinery used in production. Set up, program, and adjust machines for bend angles, sequences, and other specifications. Assist other machine operators when required. Quality Assurance Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and manufacturing specifications to ensure accurate production. Inspect finished products for accuracy and defects, ensuring all components meet CRS quality standards. Identify and correct fabrication defects or deviations. Complete quality control documentation where required. Maintenance and Safety Perform routine maintenance and quality checks on equipment to ensure optimal Performance. Follow all company rules, policies, and health and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with company standards. Workflow and Communication Complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet production timelines. Submit daily production records and ensure accuracy of time and activity reporting. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate work and resolve issues. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience operating Press Brake or similar machinery. Trade qualification in Engineering – Fabrication or related field. Strong background in manufacturing and sheet-metal work. Sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices. Proficiency in setting up and programming CNC machines to produce precision parts. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining quality standards. Effective teamwork and communication skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
