Overview We are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and collaborative teacher to join our Learning Enrichment team in a full‑time role. The successful candidate will be a dynamic educator who is a committed Christian, actively involved in their local church and dedicated to helping students achieve literacy and numeracy competencies. The role involves identifying, documenting and programming for students requiring adjustments to their learning, collaborating with specialists and families, and writing Individual Plans (IPs). Qualifications and Experience Current NESA accreditation and a Current Working With Children Check Working knowledge of the current requirements for identifying and supporting students with learning needs Evidence of success in teaching and in an educational support or teaching role Knowledge of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) requirements Experience maintaining records of differentiation and support strategies Experience writing and managing Individual Plans (IP) Experience with small‑group intervention programmes such as MiniLit, MultiLit, Cars and Stars Experience providing teaching staff with support in strategies for differentiation Collaborative, innovative and effective practice Highly relational interpersonal skills with staff, students and parents Demonstrated capacity to work and contribute as a member of a team Excellent oral and written communication skills Flexibility and interest in working in an innovative and dynamic environment Excellent ICT skills across a range of platforms Benefits Significant staff discount on school fees Family‑friendly work schedule – school term work with minimal staff development days outside this period Opportunities for salary sacrifice purchases and novated leasing Access to extensive resources Experienced team of education professionals Professional learning opportunities and development On‑site parking with easy access from the M4 Fitness Passport Dedicated programming (RFF) time every week Competitive salary Application Deadline Applications close 4:00 pm on Wednesday 17 December 2025.
